Equipment Requirements
- mask, snorkel, fins
- 5-7mm Wetsuit with hood
- Gloves and socks or booties (dependig on fin style)
- weight belt with about 15lbs of weight (1-2lbs blocks are best)
- underwater timing device of freedive computer

- Class and Pool sessions will be held at The Esquimault Recreation centre located at 527 Fraser Street, Esquimalt, BC V9A 6H6
- Class will be held in the Fernhill room (Friday) and the Atrium Convertable room (Sat). Both class rooms are in the same building as the pool. The Fernhill room is just down the hall from the pool, and the Atrium Convertible room is right off of the pool deck.
- Open water sessions will likely be from shore.

- Class 9am-12pm, Pool 1-3:30pm
Day 2
- Class 9am-12pm, Pool 1-3:30pm
Day 3
- Two open water dive sessions - location TBA (if a boat is requiered there will be additional fees)
