• Mask, snorkel, fins
• 5-7mm wetsuit and hood (as well as gloves and socks/booties)
• Fins
• Weight Belt with weight (in 1-2lbs blocks)
• Timming Device

If you are taking the NAUI/PFI Instructor Workshop running August 18-27 you will need to take this course first (unless you are already PFI Intermediate Freediver Certified).

Classroom will be held at Oregon Freediving Company: 919 7th St, Oregon City, OR

Pool address will be provided the first day of class

Open water will be at "The Yellow House in Hoodsport, WA" with lodging available there.  However, if enough people do not sign up we will use OO Denny Park, in Lake Washington.

Schedule

• Day 1 - Classroom 8:00am - 2:00pm, Pool is 3pm-7pm
• Day 2 - Pool 8:00am - 10:30am, Classroom 12:00pm - 6:00pm
• Day 3 - Open water 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Day 4 - Open water 9:00am - 12:00pm, optional social after
• Lunch breaks will be provided on all days
