Price Includes

  This class is all about the safety exercises for breath-hold divng and training.

 

Things we will be covering will include:

• Classroom time where we talk about the signs and symptom of hypoxic issues.
• Video review of blackouts and LMC
• Black out and LMC(Loss fo motor control) exercise review.
• How to properly weight yourself.
• Proper recovery breathing to recover from a dive.
• Good habits to dive safely with a buddy.
• Safety exercises for static and dynamic apnea.

 

 

 

Equipment Requirements

Students are reuired to provide their own equipment.

This class isn't very gear intensive. You will only need a few items. Simple snorkeling gear will suffice. But actual freediving gear is of course ideal.

-Mask and Snorkel

-Fins(boots/sock if needed for fins.

-Timing device or dive computer

-Wetsuit(optional but recomended)

-Weights and weight belt(optional but recomended)
