Price Includes

6 hours of classrooom instruction, 3.5 hours pool instruction, and two to three ocean sessions of 2.5 hours each.

Equipment Requirements

5mm wetsuit recommended for most of the year, 7mm may be necessary for late winter and early spring.  Mask, fins, snorkel, timing device (waterproof watch), welt belt and weights required.  Freedive specific long fins, dive watch, rubber weight belt, and low volume mask recommended but not required.  Contact me with questions; my students do recieve discounts at select local freediving retailers.
