Equipment Requirements

• mask, snorkel, fins
• 3mm wetsuit with hood
• weight belt with weight (1-2lbs blocks)
• Waterproof timing device or freedive computer

Day 1: 8am-2pm Classroom, 3:30-6:30pm Pool

Day 2: 8am Stretching and equilizing workshop, 9am-11am Pool, 1:30-5:30pm Boat Session
