Equipment Requirements

• Low volume mask
• snorkel (J preferred)
• Fins (long blade preferred)
• weight-belt (rubber preferred0
• 1-2lb weights 
• full wetsuit (3mm open cell preferred)

You may use your own gear but we will also go over ideal freediving gear and features at beginning of course at dive shop in case you need to purchase or rent any equipment.
