Low volume mask, snorkel, longblade fins, rubber weight-belt and a full 3mm or thicker wetsuit with hood is required for pool or open water. A 2 piece (hooded jacket and pants/overalls) open cell freediving wetsuit is recommended from October to May- a typical scuba or surfing wetsuit does not provide adequate warmth for our training in cooler months in Florida and you may not be able to complete class due to cold and shivering.

Classroom and Pool 8am-8pm. We will alternate between classroom theory and practice in pool.
Optional: May upgrade to full PFI Freediver course with additional open water training (contact instructor for details).
