Equipment Requirements

You need to provide all of your own gear; but it does not have to be freedive specific. Some rental gear is available as well through Coral Edge Adventures if you would like; many of the rental fins are available for purchase at a significantly reduced price. I highly advise having your own Mask, Snorkel, Socks. The suits that are available for rental are SCUBA suits and not Freediving, this is not as important in pool.

 

• Mask, Fins, and snorkel – Preferably low volume Freediving mask and fins (long blade fins preferred but not needed).
• Wetsuit, Gloves, Boots – 3mm / 5mm suit recommended for pool. 5mm/7mm for depth. A freediving suit with attached hood is perfect.
• Weight belt
• Depth and/or timing device – A waterproof watch at the very least, better yet a freediving computer is perfect.

Schedule

Schedule is subject to change, please be flexible. Full course payment is due by start of class.

Day 1:  

·         Class:  5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Coral Edge Adventures

Day 2:  

·         Pool: 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 pm

·         Class: 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Coral Edge Adventures 

Day 3: 

·        Pool:  8:00am - 1:00 p.m.
